Terms and Conditions
1. Operating Hours
- The company operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- All rental transactions, inquiries, and payments must be completed within these office hours.
- Transactions or inquiries made outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
2. Rental Period and Penalties
- Rented equipment must be returned within the agreed rental period (hourly or daily) as specified in the rental agreement.
Retrieval and Additional Penalties:
- If the equipment is not returned by the agreed due date, the company will retrieve the vehicle at the renter's expense and impose additional penalties for extended use and retrieval costs.
Cancellations:
- Confirmed Rentals: If a confirmed rental is canceled after approval and during deployment, a cancellation fee will be charged based on incurred expenses.
- Unconfirmed Rentals: Cancellations for procedures not yet confirmed or approved will not incur any penalty or fee.
3. Pricing
- Rental prices are based on the duration of use, either hourly or daily. To confirm the booking, the client is required to pay a 50% down payment of the rental price upon approval of the rental agreement.
- Any changes to the rental agreement must be requested and approved before the agreed return time to avoid penalties.
4. Safety Policy
- All rented equipment must be operated by qualified and trained personnel.
- Renters are required to strictly adhere to the safety instructions provided with the equipment.
- In the event of an accident or damage, renters must immediately notify the company.
- The company reserves the right to deny service to renters who fail to comply with safety protocols.
5. Agreement and Compliance
By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, suspension of rental privileges, or legal action where applicable.
